Flame-retardant multi-core sheathed cables/control cables have excellent flame-retardant performance. Flame-retardant cables are widely used in telephone exchanges and computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, libraries, gymnasiums, underground shopping malls, radio and television stations, chemical facilities, petroleum platforms, etc.
●Physical and mechanical properties: the tensile strength of insulation is not less than 10.0 MPa, the elongation at break is not less than 150%; the tensile strength of sheath is not less than 12.0 MPa, and the elongation at break is not less than 100%.
●Minimum bending radius: 10 x D, minimum bending diameter < 12.5 MM at - 15 C
●Operating voltage:U。/U 300/300V、300/500V、450/750V
●The flame retardant performance of flame-retardant cables (wires) should pass the bundled wire and cable combustion tests of GB1266.5-90 and IEC60332. The flame retardant grade can be divided into four categories: A, B, C and D.
●Use temperature range:-10℃~+70℃
●Low halogen and high flame retardancy
● ROHSenvironmental protection、accord withREACH SVHCenvironmental protectionPVCRubber compound
●Wire has high flame retardancy, strong self-extinguishing property and extinguishing characteristic when it leaves fire.
●It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture-proof and mildew-proof.
