  • 變頻(pín)電纜主要用于變頻(pín)電源和變頻(pín)電機之間連接用的電纜,适用于額定電壓0.6/1KV及以下(xià)變頻(pín)控制系統作供電電纜或電氣連接,産品具有較強的耐電壓沖擊性,能經受變頻(pín)時的脈沖電壓,電纜具有良好的屏蔽性,并有效消除電磁幹擾,降低變頻(pín)電機噪音,保證系統穩定運行。廣泛用于冶金、電力、石化、造紙(zhǐ)、礦山、鐵路、食品加工(gōng)等行業。

    絕緣層:阻燃矽橡膠、阻燃聚氯乙烯、阻燃聚乙烯、阻燃交聯聚乙烯(可選)
    填充:阻燃PP繩、阻燃PE充麻(可選)
    芯線集合:電纜3芯或3+3對稱的電纜結構設計,均勻絞合
    屏蔽層:鋁塑複合帶繞包;銅絲編織屏蔽;銅絲編織銅帶繞包屏蔽多種屏蔽方式(可選)
    護套層:阻燃聚氯乙烯混合料、表面粗糙阻燃PUR、阻燃交聯聚乙烯(可選)

     
  • 1、額定電壓:U0/U 0.6/1KV
    最高工(gōng)作溫度:矽橡膠絕緣200℃、聚氯乙烯絕緣70℃、聚乙烯90℃、交聯聚乙烯125℃
    最低環境溫度:敷設電纜時的環境溫度應不低于-40℃;聚氯乙烯護套電纜不低于0℃。
    2、電纜安裝敷設溫度應不低于-25℃。
    3、電纜允許彎曲半徑:電纜最小(xiǎo)爲電纜外(wài)徑的10倍
    4、電纜導體(tǐ)長期允許最高溫度爲90度,短路時最高溫度250度
    5、安裝敷設環境溫度不低于0度,固定敷設時環境溫度不低于-10度.
    6.屏蔽層傳輸阻抗: 電纜在100MHz時傳輸阻抗等于或小(xiǎo)于100Ω/m。
    電纜的理想屏蔽抑制系數等于或小(xiǎo)于0.7。
    7.成品電纜經受交流50HZ3.5KV/5min電壓試驗不擊穿。

     
  • 1、多層分(fēn)包屏蔽,電線結構穩定,電容和電感均勻,具有比四芯電纜更好的傳輸性能。使電纜具有較強的耐電壓沖擊性,能經受高速頻(pín)繁變頻(pín)時的脈沖電壓,對變頻(pín)電器起到良好的保護作用。
    2、低工(gōng)作電容、低傳輸阻抗、電磁兼容性好。
    3、良好的抗幹擾和低輻射性能。
    4、采用了兩種不同屏蔽材料,在電磁波屏蔽上起到一(yī)定的互補作用,屏蔽效果将更好。電纜的抗幹擾性強,減少了整個系統中(zhōng)的電磁輻射。
